12 medjool dates, pitted and halved
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ cup peanut butter – good quality
50g dark chocolate (>60% cocoa), roughly chopped
½ cup oats

Blitz the oats
Pop oats into a blender and pulse until they look like a rough crumb. Set aside.Make the base
Add dates, cocoa, chopped chocolate and peanut butter into the blender. Blitz until it comes together like a dough.Fold & shape
Add the crumbed oats back in and fold through until evenly mixed. Roll into 10–12 balls, about 40 g each.Finish & enjoy
Roll in extra cocoa or coconut if you like a fancy finish. Chill or snack straight away!
